I never wanted extensions that looked amazing for a few months but left my natural hair feeling worse underneath. So when I started offering them, finding a method that actually prioritized scalp and hair health was a non-negotiable for me!
First, we talk. Like actually talk.
I want to know what you love about your hair, what you wish you could change, and what goals you have.
Then, I look at your natural hair, your scalp, and your lifestyle so we can figure out what will work best for YOU.
From there, everything is customized. Your extensions are color matched, installed with your natural hair health in mind, and then cut and blended so everything moves together like your natural hair.
Your first install includes:
- 15 minute Arete scalp ritual
- Scalp safe weft installation
- Cut and or color to blend extensions
- a take home kit filled with everything you need to care for your extensions
before you leave, I'll walk you through maintenance, brushing, washing, sleeping, and styling your new hair... all of the things that can feel intimidating when you're new to extensions.
what does getting extensions with me actually look like?
I'm VERY intentional about my placement. tension, weight distribution, and scalp health. Your natural hair is always a priority. I want the extensions to look absolutely amazing! BUT I also want you to feel good about the hair underneath.

can i still wear my hair up?

Often yes! Fine hair is actually one of the reasons I love extensions so much! I'll always look at your hair and scalp.first and make sure extensions are actually a healthy option for you.
Can i get extensions if my hair is fine or thinning?

Maybe one. Maybe more. It depends on your natural hair and the goal you're trying to achieve. If you just want fullness, one row can make a HUGE difference. If you want a lot of length, we may need to add more.

will extensions damage my natural hair?

There is definitely a little more care involved, but I promise I'm not sending you home to figure it out alone. I'll show you how to brush, wash, sleep, and style them before you leave. You will also receive an at home care kit with everything you need to care for them.
